Calling Our Alien Neighbors With Neutrinos

For years, SETI researchers have kept their eyes and ears trained upward in the hopes of intercepting radio signals from alien civilizations.  However, a new report from researchers at the University of Hawaii states we might be tuning in to the wrong channels.

The report, which you can read here, theorizes that intergalactic communication could be best facilitated through the use of Galactic Neutrino Communication (GNC).  Neutrinos are elementary particles that can travel near the speed of light, making them ideal couriers for interstellar message delivery.  The GNC would encode messages in oscillations within the neutrino transmission.

Jackie Jokiesowitz and her husband Earl have been employing this method for years from their mountain laboratory.  They’ve received over a dozen transmissions, but up until now they have been ridiculed and ostracized by the larger scientific community because of some of their more controversial stances on SETI related topics.  In particular, the Jokiesowitz’s are firm believers in the Ancient Astronaut hypothesis popularized by Erich Von Daniken in his book Chariots of the Gods.

The Jokiesowitzs’ plan on releasing the findings of their Galatic Neutrino Communication experiment soon.  According to Jackie Jokiesowitz, “The transmissions we’ve received will shake our current understanding of our place in the universe.”  Until the findings are released, the jury will remain out.

7.4 Billion Year Old Morse Code Signal

In September, Scientific American reported on a new study of Gamma Ray Burst 080319B, the brightest stellar explosion ever recorded.  The new analysis of the explosion’s afterglow reveals something highly unusual: the explosion’s brightness peaked twice, once an hour after the burst and a second time 11 days later.

This incredible event of GRB 080319B’s explosion occurred approximately 7.4 billion years ago, before our sun or planet were fully formed.  Some scientists say the odd double peak in brightness could be caused by spinning jets of energy lighting up clouds of gas and dust around the explosion, but trans-dimensional expert and Loki Times advisor Dr. Rufus Barnes believes that the burst could represent some form of cosmic communication from alien powers beyond our comprehension.

“We are currently processing what we believe to be a signal, think morse code, from some vast alien intelligence.  We will post our findings as soon as possible, but there does appear to be some rhyme and structure in the signals we’ve interpreted so far,” said Dr. Barnes.  “The double flash of brightness represents nothing other than a second transmission from the cosmic senders.  We still do not know who the senders are, be it alien, beings from another dimension, or something else.  But we are working around the clock to find out.”

Stay tuned for updates.
