Chemtrail Fallout In Bethesda, MD

Is the mysterious substance raining on Bethesda, MD fallout from chemtrails? Read more here.
Washington news organizations are reporting that a white mystery substance has been falling on the area for sometime now, and people are starting to worry. Local officials say they’ve traced the source of the material to a nearby construction site, but not everyone believes this answer.
Bethesda is home to NIH’s main campus (The National Institute of Health). NIH is home to some of the most cutting edge medical research in the world. Chemtrail conspiracy theorists think they could be conducting a new experiment on the people right outside their gates. Chemtrail theorists say government agencies have been dumping chemicals into our atmosphere for years as part of a massive covert operation. The purpose of the operation is said to be everything from population control to atmospheric modification for an alien race that has infiltrated the power elite.
Chemtrail sightings and evidence are rare in the Washington, D.C. area, and rarely is there evidence as visible as the substance currently raining down on Bethesda, MD.
The Power of the Sun in the Palm of Our Hands

We could soon harness the power of a sun in a laboratory setting, ala Dr. Octopus’s mad scientist escapades in Spider Man 2. Or at least that’s what this experiment hopes to prove (report from WIRED.)
The project at the Lawrence Livermore National Ignition Facility plans to ignite a miniture star in a controlled lab environment using lasers. This tiny nuclear reactor could produce tremendous amounts of energy. For example, our sun blasts about 386 BILLION gigawatts of energy into space. A large nuclear reactor generates 1 gigawatt. Do the math. Even if we could create a star hundreds of billions times smaller than our sun, the energy output would still be massive. This could solve all of our energy problems as long as we can control the nuclear fusion and harness to power of a star. Worst case scenario = the destruction of earth if the star we build powers out of control.
This building could soon be home to a man-made baby star.
Synthetic, Bio-Engineered Humans Just Around The Corner

Two recent reports, which you can read here and here, detail advances scientists are making towards regenerating human tissue and building artificial human ‘parts’ that are just as good if not better than the ones nature gave us. The breakthroughs present several extraordinary benefits to mankind, especially amputees and people with degenerative diseases. They also present several frightening scenarios. For instance, imagine a world where you cannot tell the difference between a human who was born naturally, and one who was built.
Speculative fiction authours, like the great Philip K. Dick, have envisioned such scenarios, and for the most part the outcomes are not good (see Blade Runner, based on the novel Do Androids Dream of Electric Sheep?).
Granted, there are those among us who believe that synthetic humans already walk among us, serving the nefarious purposes of their creators. Some have speculated that the Illuminati employ several androids who have risen to places of high power. These “human” puppets insulate them from the vast criminal conspiracies they are carrying out. One theorist believes that Bernard Madoff, now infamous for his multi-billion dollar investment fraud that’s ruined thousands of lives, is a synthetic human.
“The problem with these synthetic humans is that the technology is getting to a place where it is next to impossible to differentiate them from a real human,” says Boyd Theodred, a member of A.A.R.D.T., the Anti-Android Research & Development Team. “We aren’t being given the tools we need to weed out these imposters. And trust us, their intentions are not good. We have intel that new android research will give these phonies superhuman abilities. We need to stop this before it starts.”
Many are skeptical of A.A.R.D.T.’s claims. The group is widely regarded as a bunch of loonies. Nonetheless, the research we linked to above is real.
What do you think? Synthetic humans – dangerous or full of potential?

Wormholes: The New Way To Travel?

The formula above is just a portion of the equations Dr. Peter Kuhfittig of the University of Wisconsin is using to prove that we could produce transversable wormholes. His paper, which can be read here, opens with this definition for wormholes: “Wormholes may be defined as handles or tunnels in the spacetime topology linking widely separated regions of our Universe or of different universes altogether.”
The paper is a major step forward in human wormhole creation and travel. The possibilities of wormhole travel are endless, but while many of the outcomes could be favorable to mankind, there are also a plethora of risks.
Dramatization of wormhole travel.
The Loki Times has covered UFO activity, trans-dimensional events, and Shadow People for sometime and it appears clear to us and other experts that wormholes are already being used by non-human intelligences to travel vast distances and to jump between different dimensions. By producing our own wormholes, we might invite unwanted visitors into our world. If you haven’t seen or read The Mist, we strongly recommend you do to get a glimpse of one such possibility.
Nonetheless, the benefits of mastering wormhole travel more than likely outweigh the risks, especially considering the alarming rate at which Earth’s population is growing while its resources shrink. Wormhole travel will give us the opportunity to cultivate new human worlds and resources that could save us from our current crises.
Stay tuned to The Loki Times for continued coverage of wormhole news.
Intelligent Monkey GPS

A recent study by researchers based at the Max Planck Institute for Evolutionary Anthropology in Leipzig reveals that monkey’s have an unbelievable internal GPS system that allows them to navigate flawlessly across maze-like jungle paths. Read about the study here, at New Scientist.
As many of you know, we’ve been covering intelligent monkey news at The Loki Times ever since we launched our website. In fact, we kicked off our website with this post about Cyborg Monkeys. The subject fascinates our researchers and writers, but terrifies Jerry Bombadil, founder of the extremist group Homo Sapiens Against Animal Intelligence.
Bombadil fears a Planet of the Apes scenario more than anything. This new data about internal monkey GPS systems has shaked him to the core. The following is Bombadil’s response to inquiries from our news team: “Monkey GPS?!?! That’s just great, freakin’ wonderful. Son of a bitch!” *click*
Jerry later called back to apologize, saying “We were worried about the government being able to track our every move, but now we should worry about these monkeys. They can find you…anywhere.”
Let us know what you think. Monkey GPS: Impressive, or Terrifying?
