Dangers of the Twitter Hive Mind

Twitter, tweets, and tweetbacks. Harmless sounding words we hear more and more as the popularity of the social networking and micro-blogging service grows at an exponential rate. But the explosive growth of Twitter has left us little time step back to analyze the threat it poses to mankind. A new ‘Big Brother’ is growing right in front of our eyes. It is the all knowing Twitter hive mind.
The Twitter hive mind feeds on our thoughts, personalities, moods, and ideas. Everytime someone tweets, a snippet of information is sent to a growing pool of data. This data pool reflects a large part of mankind’s collective consciousness. While the everyday Twitter user might not care, large corporations and governments do. They can analyze this data to learn more about the people they seek to control.
Lying in the superficially inane flow of Tweets are patterns of thought which groups like the Illuminati can use to manipulate the minds of citizens. Right now, researchers are developing sensors that can be paired with Twitter in order to deliver a constant stream of information regarding everything from your heart rate to mood (read here).
And we can’t ignore studies showing that Twitter could be destroying our capacity for emotion and empathy (read here). The thought is that the constant data-stream sent through a service like Twitter is shortening our attention spans and preventing reflection on what we’re reading, therefore reducing our ability to feel emotion. This all snowballs into a sort of brainwashing in which we become little more than living conduits of information. This brainwashing effect only further serves the purposes of those who will learn how to use Twitter for their own nefarious ends.
So the next time you hear someone Tweet, “I just ate a bagel for breakfast”, or “On my way to work”, remember that those simple words could be contributing to the downfall of mankind.

Synthetic, Bio-Engineered Humans Just Around The Corner

Two recent reports, which you can read here and here, detail advances scientists are making towards regenerating human tissue and building artificial human ‘parts’ that are just as good if not better than the ones nature gave us. The breakthroughs present several extraordinary benefits to mankind, especially amputees and people with degenerative diseases. They also present several frightening scenarios. For instance, imagine a world where you cannot tell the difference between a human who was born naturally, and one who was built.
Speculative fiction authours, like the great Philip K. Dick, have envisioned such scenarios, and for the most part the outcomes are not good (see Blade Runner, based on the novel Do Androids Dream of Electric Sheep?).
Granted, there are those among us who believe that synthetic humans already walk among us, serving the nefarious purposes of their creators. Some have speculated that the Illuminati employ several androids who have risen to places of high power. These “human” puppets insulate them from the vast criminal conspiracies they are carrying out. One theorist believes that Bernard Madoff, now infamous for his multi-billion dollar investment fraud that’s ruined thousands of lives, is a synthetic human.
“The problem with these synthetic humans is that the technology is getting to a place where it is next to impossible to differentiate them from a real human,” says Boyd Theodred, a member of A.A.R.D.T., the Anti-Android Research & Development Team. “We aren’t being given the tools we need to weed out these imposters. And trust us, their intentions are not good. We have intel that new android research will give these phonies superhuman abilities. We need to stop this before it starts.”
Many are skeptical of A.A.R.D.T.’s claims. The group is widely regarded as a bunch of loonies. Nonetheless, the research we linked to above is real.

While most people view the global financial shake up as the result of the mortgage crisis, credit crunch, and a variety of other economic woes, The Loki Times believes something more sinister is at play.
Don’t you find it a little too convenient nobody seems to know what the hell is going on with Wall Street? Sure, so-called ‘experts’ have been pontificating about the situation endlessly in the news, but its just a bunch of gibberish. Nobody really knows what’s going on. Did you ever think that’s because those in power don’t want you to know?
We’re afraid this could be the case. Loki Times‘ sources say the Illuminati, the mysterious organization in control of the world’s economic and government institutions, are in league with the Shadow People. In case you haven’t been following our stories, the Shadow People are a group of powerful trans-dimensional travelers looking for a new dimension to live in.

Over the past few weeks, we have seen an increase in Shadow People reports from around the world.

The list goes on. And now, the collapse of Wall Street and the following proposed bail out by the government that will use tax payers dollars to shore up the bad debt crumbling beneath the world’s largest financial institutions.
What does all this add up to? One hell of a bad scenario. If our sources are correct, government officials controlled by the Illuminati, who are in turn controlled by the Shadow People, could be playing out this whole tragedy for the purpose of distracting the everyday person from the truth staring them straight in the eye. Our world is about to change. The Shadow People are coming.
